• Information you give us: your first or full name, email address, mobile number, whether you agreed to receive text messages, and the answers you submit on our application or contact forms.
• Purchase information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Booking information: if you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter on its scheduler.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic data such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit.

• To register you for our live class and send you the Zoom link, reminders and replay information.
• To review your application and contact you about a strategy call.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To deliver products you purchase.
• To improve our website, classes and services.

If you check the box to receive text messages, we will send you messages about the class, such as reminders and the link to join. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and email/text platform, Stripe for payments, and Calendly for scheduling, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our pages link to outside services such as Telegram and MyFreeScoreNow. Some links are affiliate links, which means J11 may earn a commission if you sign up. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing j11consulting@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
